     Peanut Brittle

Ingredients
7 Oz. of Sugar
4 Oz. of Water
4 Oz. of Corn Syrup
6 Oz. of Peanuts, lightly toasted
2 Oz. of Butter
0.75 Oz. of Baking Soda
0.5 Oz. of Vanilla Extract
 

Instructions
1. Mise en place and scale all ingredients 2. Add water, sugar and corn-syrup and heat up to 300 degrees. 3. Add butter, nuts, vanilla and baking soda and stir until combined. 4. Spread mixture out on pan in thin layer and let cool.
