     Panna Cotta w/ Strawberries

Ingredients
400 ml. 20% cream
1/2 tsp. spoon of instant gelatin
3 tbsp. spoons of sugar
1 package (10 oz.) Vanilla sugar
1 Cup Strawberry
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
 

Instructions
Pour gelatin 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of cold water to swell for 5 minutes, then place in a bowl of hot water and stir until it melts. Cream mixed with sugar and vanilla sugar, heat stirring until the sugar has melted, if the mixture negrelas to lukewarm then add the gelatin and stir, pour into molds, and if the cream heated up too much they need to be cool. Put the molds with cream in the refrigerator overnight or for 4-5 hours. Strawberries cut into small cubes and mix with sugar, put on a frozen panna cotta, sprinkle the top of the formed juice.
