     French Dip

Ingredients
3 lb. Roast
2 cups water
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tsp. dried rosemary
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 bay leaf
3-4 whole pepper corns
Dry Onion soup mix
 

Instructions
Mix water, soy sauce and seasoning in slow cooker, add roast. Sprinkle roast with dry onion soup mix. Cover, cook on high 3 hrs. or more. Slice roast, place pack into broth. Note to increase dipping sauce add liquid beef broth shortly before meat is done. Serve on buns with sautéed onions and peppers.
