     Thai Basil Beef Balls

Ingredients
4 minced garlic cloves
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 C. almond flour
2 eggs
1 roasted red pepper (1/3 cup) chopped
1/4 c. wheat free soy sauce
1 t. fish sauce
1 t. sriracha sauce
1 handful thai basil leaves, chopped
 
1 lime - zested
salt
1-2 T. coconut oil

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a sauce pan heat oil, saute garlic. Wisk all other ingredients together (except beef). Mix with the beef. Form into meatballs and place on parchment paper on a baking sheet. Cook in oven for 20-30 minutes.
