     Lemon Sauce

Servings   1 1/4 cups

Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar - 1Tbsp
2 tsp cornstarch
1 cup water
2 Tbsp margarine or butter
1 Tbsp lemon peel, grated
1 Tbsp lemn juice
 

Instructions
Combine sugar, cornstarch and water. Cook over medium heat-stir constantly until mixture thickens and boils-boil and stir 1 minute-Remove from heat Stir in margarine(butter), lemon peel and juice until well blended.
