Enough Jam or Marmalade of choice to fill in dented top
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Blend Crisco, sugar, salt, vanilla and egg; Beat until creamy.
Stir in sifted flour; mix well.
Drop by rounded teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet;
Make a small dent in center and fill with Jam or Marmalade.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
