Butter an 8-inch square pan.
In sauce pan bring sugar and milk to a boil; Boil 3 minutes.
Add peanut butter and Marshmellow Creme; mix well.
Quickly pour in buttered 8-inch square pan. Let set.
Cut into squares and serve.
Number of pieces will depending on size of squares.
