Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
|

|
Layer 1 - In 9x13 casserole dish, melt the butter. Spread shredded
chicken over butter. Sprinkle chosen seasonings over this layer.
Note- If you want to serve this as a pot pie, add a layer of vegetables
or mushrooms now.

Layer 2 - In small bowl, mix milk and flour. Slowly pour over chicken.
Do not stir or mix into the chicken.
|
|
|
Layer 3 - In medium bowl, whisk together 2 cups of the chicken stock,
chicken granules and soup. Once blended, slowly pour over the flour
layer.
Bake casserole for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
