Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In 1 or 2 quart bowl, Combine egg, water, mustard and onion; Beat well.
Add salt, macaroni, cheese and tuna; Mix well.
Place mixture into a greased baking dish or pan.
Bake on rack that is slightly below center of oven for 35 minutes or until firm and light brown.
Cut into pieces and top with Ketchup or chili sauce.
