     Canning Lemon Thyme Vinegar

Ingredients
2 c white wine vinegar
1 lemon peeled in one spiral
2 sprigs fresh thyme
2 tsp white peppercorns
8 to 10 fresh cranberries (opitional)
 

Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a sterile decorative bottle. Seal and store for 1 month in a cool, dark place before use.
Serving Suggestions
Thread cranberries on wooden skewer and insert the skewer through the neck of the bottle trying to get skewer through middle of lemon rind.
