Fry onions in oil until soft and add chopped chicken. Stir fry for 5 minutes.
Add passata, worchestershire sauce, soy sauce, fivespice, garlic and stock.
Cook on a low temperature for 4-6 hours, with lid off for last hour until thickened and sticky.
