Cover chicken in bowl with milk. Let sit 30 minutes.
Coat chicken in flour mixture and put on pan. To prepare pan melt 1/2 stick of butter in pan to cover bottom of pan. Cook chicken 400 degrees 20 minutes, turn add'l 15 minutes.
