     Artichoke Heart Dip

Ingredients
1 can artichoke hearts (drained) cut into small pieces
1 can Rotel, undrained
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonaise
6 oz. grated parmesan cheese
 

Instructions
Soften cream cheese, mix with mayo and stir. Add cut up artichoke hearts and Rotel, mix well. Stir in 3 oz of parmesan cheese ; sprinkle rest of parmesan cheese on top and bake at 350 until cheese is melted. Serve with crusty bread or crackers. Make in a 9 x 9 inch pan.
