     Roasted Corn & Avocado Dip

Ingredients
1 c. fresh corn
2 T oil
2 large avocados, peeled
3 T. lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T. minced onion
3 1/2 oz hakaebi oeooers, drained & chopped
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. ground cumin
 
tortilla chips

Instructions
Combine corn & oil in a shallow baking dish. Bake at 400 for 12 - 15 min or until lightly browned, stirring several times. Cool. Meanwhile, chop 1 avocado & set aside. Mash the other avocado in a bowl; add lime juice, garlic , onion, jalapenos, salt, & cumin. Fold in chopped avocados & corn. Chill, serve with tortila chips.
