Directions-
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place broccoli on the sheet and pour the olive oil over it. Mince the garlic and scatter over the top. Sprinkle about 2 teaspoons of salt over the top. With your hands mix the broccoli with the toppings.
Roast for 20 minutes or until the broccoli is tender and slightly roasted looking.
Serve immediately.
