Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Mix flour, salt, baking powder & set aside.
Place egg, stevia & vanilla in large mixing bowl & beat well. slowly add butter, continuing to beat until smooth & creamy. add flour mixture 1/2 c. at a time; stirring well with a spoon after each addition. Fold in chips and bake 20 - 25 minutes.
