Heat oven to 350. Spray bottom and sides of a 9 x 13 pan.
Cook sausage over medium heat, stirring occasionally, drain.
Layer sausage, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, & cheese in pan. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over cheese. Bake 30 -35 min. or until golden brown & set
