Combine ingredients in microwave safe bowl. Stir together & microwave on high 4 minutes. Stir again andmicrowave 3 -5 minutes more. Add 1 tsp vanilla and 1 tsp butter. Microwave 1 - 2 minutes more. Add 1 tsp baking soda and stir until frothy. Pour into buttered foil, stretching it as you go. Cool and break into pieces.
