Preheat oven to 350. Spread crescent roll dough into a 12 inch circle on 13 inch baking stone. Pinch seams together to seal. Bake 10 -12minutes until lightly browned. Remove from oven. Cool completely. Blend together reminaing ingredients in 2 qt bowl. Spread cream cheese mixtue on top of cooled crust.
Toppings Sprinkle a layer of each vegetable desired over cheese layer. Refrigerate before serving. To serve, cut pizza into wedges or squares with pizza cutter. Can be made 1 day ahead of time.
