Prheat oven to 350. Coat a 9 x 13 dish with Pam.
In a large bowl, beat butter and 1/3 c sugar until creamy. Beat in sour cream and egg. Stir in flour until a soft dough forms. Spoon 1/2 of dough into bottom of dish and gently press down.,
In a large bowl comgine apples, remaining 1/2 c. sugar & 1 t. cinnamon, mix until evenly coated. Evenly place apples over dough; then cover with remaining dough.
In a small bowl combine pecans, sugar, and cinnamon; sprinkle on topof dough.
Bake 40 - 45 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely and cut into bars.
