Heat oven to 300. Line two 15x10x1 inch pans with foil. Spray foil with Pam. In large bowl, mix snack mix, pecans & bacon. Set aside.
In 2 qt. saucepan, heat brown sugar, butter Pour over snakc mix; toss until evenly coated.
Spread snack mixture on pans. Bake 15 min, stirring every 5 min., to carmelize mixture. Cool completely , about 1 hour. Break into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
