     Low-Fat Tangy Tomato Dressing

Ingredients
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
1 Tbsp cider vinegar
1 Tbsp olive oil
 

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until blended.
We use Good Seasons Mild Italian salad dressing mix.
