Sub Category   Holiday Dish
Servings   approx. 15 puffs
Preptime   1 hour

Ingredients
Pastry Recipe
1 cup flour (gold medal all purpose)
1 cup water
4/5 eggs (if large use 4, if medium use 5)
1 stick of butter
Cream Recipe
1 pint heavy cream
2 instant Jello french vanilla or vanilla packets

1 12oz. Carnation evaporated milk

Instructions
-------Pastry------- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Use the middle rack. Using a saucepan at medium heat, add water and butter. Let it come to a boil and add 1 cup of flour (sifted) While adding the sifted flour, use a hand mixer to blend the ingredients. This is done with the saucepan still on heat. Take off heat and add 1 egg at a time and mix egg with the hand mixer. Grease a cookie sheet with a light coating of butter. Using a tablespoon scoop pastry mix onto cookie sheet. Cook at 400 degrees until golden brown for approximately 40 minutes, When done, leave out 2-3 minutes and put in refrigerator. This will prevent falling. Cut and fill with cream, then top with confectioners sugar and place in cupcake holders. -------Cream------- Put milk, heavy cream and jello mix in a bowl. Mix with hand mixer until thick. Place in refrigerator for 2-3 hours, before stuffing shells.
