Cut fat from pork chops and butterfly if they are
thick cut. Put the chops into crock pot.
|
|
|
Mix together remaining ingredients well in separate
bowl. Make sure there are no dry clumps. Pour over
pork chops. Try to make sure you cover the pork
chops.

|
Cook for 6-8 hours on low.
|
|
|
Serve with mashed potatoes or rice. Add a salad or
another vegetable.
