Servings   5 pints

10 cups diced tomatoes
2 large white onions
1 whole garlic (not a clove)
1 medium can tomato paste (12 oz.)
2 large green peppers
3 jalapenos
2 tablespoons canning salt

Make sure to wear gloves for jalapeno. Finely chop jalapeno and garlic.
Boil together all ingredients EXCEPT tomato paste for 45-60 minutes. Remove from heat and as paste.
Process by hot water bath for 35 minutes for pint jars or 45 minutes for quart jars.
Serving Suggestions
Serve cool with tortilla chips
