     Pumpkin Pie Dip

Ingredients
1 package, 8 oz, cream cheese, softened
2 cups of confectioners' sugar
1 cup of canned pumpkin
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
Gingersnap Cookies
 

Instructions
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Beat in the pumpkin, sour cream, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and ginger until blended. Serve with gingersnaps. Refrigerate leftovers.
1 serving (2 tablespoons) equals 64 calories, 3 g fat (2 g saturated fat), 10 mg cholesterol, 23 mg sodium, 8 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, 1 g protein.
