     Reuben casserole

Ingredients
1 16 oz bag sauerkraut, drained
8 oz cooked noodles
1/4 c 1000 Island dressing
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c chopped onions
1 lb corned beef, diced or sliced
1/2 pl shredded swiss cheese
6 slices rye bread, crumbled
 

Instructions
Spray 9 X 13 pan with Pam. Put sauerkraut in bottom of pan, add cooked noodles. Mix soup and dressing together and spread over noodles. Sprinkle chopped onion over soup mixture. Next, layer most of cheese on soup mixture. Place corned beef on top of cheese. Sprinkle the reserved cheese on top of corned beef and top it all with rye bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
