     Scalloped Pineapple

Ingredients
2 sticks butter or margarine
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 large can of crushed pineapple
4 cups fresh bread cubes
 

Instructions
Cream butter and sugar at high speed with electric mixer. Add eggs and combine to creamed mixture. Lower speed and add can of pineapple. Fold in by hand bread cubes. Bake in a 1 1/2 to 2 quart dish ( I like 9X13) for 1 hour at 375 or until brown and bubbly.
