Chop-dice onion and garlic into small pieces.
Water bread slices and break into small pieces.
Mix all, but tomato sauce/paste, water and cloves.
Form meatballs not to big, not to small.
Brown meatballs in pan with olive oil, crisp on outside, raw in
middle.
In big pot, mix tomato sauce/paste and water. You will know ratio.
Allow for some reduction during cooking process.
Add browned meatballs, clove and, if desired, pork and sausage.
Cook over low heat for 8-12 hours, stirring occasionally.
Serve over freshly made macaroni.
Add more ground Romano or Parmesan cheese topping.
