     Turkey Chili

Ingredients
2 pounds Ground Turkey
2 ounces taco seasoning mix
2 teaspoons Oregano
2 teaspoons Chili Powder
32 ounces Beef Broth
1 can Tomato paste
14 ounces Salsa
2 chopped tomatoes
7 ounces green chili- chopped
 
1 onion- chopped
1 green pepper- chopped
1 hot chili pepper
1 banana pepper
1 can Kidney Beans
1 can Black Beans
2 TBS Olive Oil
2 cups Sour cream
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions
1. Brown ground turkey in large pan over medium to high heat, stirring with a wooden spoon to break apart. Season with taco seasoning, oregano, chili pepper, and tomato paste until evenly mixed. Continue cooking and reduce heat.
2. Pour in beef broth and let simmer. Add salsa, chopped tomatoes, green chilis, chopped hot chili pepper, and chopped banana pepper and continue cooking.
3. While chili is simmering, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in separate skillet. Cook chopped onion and chopped green pepper stirring occasionally for 5 minutes
4. Drain and Rinse kidney beans and black beans. 5. Add all ingredients to a crock pot and heat on low. When ready to serve ladle into serving bowls and top with sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese.
