     Mexican Fudge

Ingredients
8 oz Monterey Jack cheese
8 oz Ceddar cheese
1 can chopped green chilies
1 can evaporated milk
4 eggs
 

Instructions
Spread Monterey Jack on the bottom of a greased glass casserole; spread green chilies over cheese. Then spread Cheddar over chilies. Beat eggs with the milk and pour over the cheese and chili. Bake at 350 for 45 min. Cut into 2 inch squares and serve warm. Fresh Poblanos are great.
