     Chicken Gorgonzola with Grapes and Apples

Ingredients
4 breasts w/ skin and bone
5 oz gorgonzola
2 cups white wine
1 cup seedless grapes, halved
1 green apple sliced thin
2 Tbl parsley
 

Instructions
Cut pocket in breast and stuff w/ cheese. Brown in olive oil skin side down - don't turn. Bake in 425 oven for 20-25 minutes until tender. Remove, keep warm. Remove fat from pan, add wine and cook til reduced by 1/3. Season w/ s & p. Add grapes and apples, cook until apples tender. Sprinkle w/ parsley and spoon over chicken.
