Ingredients
6 chopped garlics
1 Tbl red pepper flakes
32 oz crushed canned tomatoes or 1 lb. diced fresh
2 oz anchovies
3 Tbl capers
chopped, black, green or kalamata olives
4-6 fresh basil
1 lb pasta cooked al dente
chopped parsely or basil for garnish
 

Instructions
Sweat garlic in olive oil til your kitchen is fragrant. Add pepper flakes, then tomatoes. Simmer. Smash the anchovies and add to sauce with capers and olives, basil. Simmer 20 min. Add to pasta, top with parsley or basil, drizzle lightly with olive oil. DO NOT SERVE WITH PARMESAN OR THE GIRLS WILL COME GET YOU.
