1 lb small red potatoes (about 2-1/2-inch in diameter)
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped (3/4 cup)
2 cups baby carrots
5-1/4 cups chicken broth
2 cups baking mix
1/2 cup water
2 tsp parsley flakes
Instructions
Place chicken, potatoes, onion and carrots in 6-qt slow cooker. Add broth.
Cover and cook on low heat setting 9-10 hours.
Increase heat setting to high. Stir together baking mix, water and parsley in medium bowl. Drop dough by rounder tablespoonfuls onto hot chicken mixture. Cover and cook 45-50 minutes or until dumplings are dry in center.
