Place all ingredients except milk and sugar into a large mixing bowl. Place milk and sugar into med. saucepan and bring to a boil over low heat. Boil exactly 13 min.; then pour over ingredients in mixing bowl and blend quickly. Put into buttered 9 x 12 pan. Place in refrigerator to cool. Cut into pieces. Nuts may be added to blend just before placing into pan to cool.
