Heat oven to 350
Unroll dough; separate dough into 2 long rectangles. Place in ungreased 9 x 13 pan, press over bottom and 1/2 in. up sides. Firmly press perforations to seal. Bake 8 minutes.
Meanwhile in a med. bowl, mix fill ing ingredients. Pour filling over partially baked crust. Bake 18 - 22 minutes longer or until golden brown. Cool completely, about 1 hour. Cut into 24 bars. Store at room temp.
