Heat oven to 350. Spray bottom & sides of 9x13 pan with oil.
Place cookie mix in large bowl. With pastry blender cut in butter until mixture is crumbly and coarse. Reserve 1 1/2 c. crumb mixture; press remaining crumbs in bottom of pan. Bake 10 min.
Meanwhile, in large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, vanilla, & egg on med. speed until smooth.
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over partially baked crust. In med. bowl mix pie filling and cinnamon. Spoon evenly over cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle reserved crumbs over top.
Bake 35 - 40 min or until light golden brown. Cool about 30 mn. Refrigerate to chill, about 2 hours. Cut into 24 bars.
