Preheat oven to 250
Butter donut shaped baking pans generously and dust lightly with flour, tapping out any excess.
Add flour mixture to butter mixture, 1/2 c. at a time, alternating with 1/2 c. milk. Fill prepared baking pans 2/3 full.
Bake for 1/2 hour at 30 or until done.
Remove immediately from pans, roll in melted butter, then in 1/2 c. powdered sugar and 1 t cinnamon.
