Ingredients
1 1/2 - 2 lbs Hamburger Meat
1 large can Red Kidney Beans
1 large can Chili Beans
1 stick Margarine
1 small Bell Pepper
1- 2 oz jar Mexene Chili Powder
1- 12oz can Tomatoe Paste
Salt to taste
 

Instructions
Cover meat with water in large pot. Crumble meat and cook until meat turns brown.
While meat cooks, chop onion and fry in margarine until tender.
Add beans, onions, pepper, to meat. Cook 20-30 minutes.
Add tomatoe paste. Let ingredients cook slow for at least 20 minutes.
