     Chicken Enchilada Dip

Ingredients
1 lb chicken breasts (2 halves)
8 oz softened cream cheese
8 oz shredded cheddar
1 c mayo
15 oz Mexican diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Season and bake chicken until no longer pink (you can season with cilantro, chicken seasoning and pepper if desired). Cool and shred the chicken. Mix all ingredients together and put into Grandma Bonnie's Pie Plate. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm next to tortilla chips in your favorite serving basket.
