     Diamond Crumbles Cookie

Ingredients
1 c. butter, softened
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 t. salt
2 c. chocolate chips, divided
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 t. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans, toasted
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 pan. Beat butter in large mixer bowl on med. speed for 30 seconds.Beat flour, sugar and salt on low until crumbly. Press 2 c of mixture in bottom o fprepared pan. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until lightly browned on edges. Combine 1 1/2 chocolate chips & sweetened condensed milk in small saucepan over med-lw heat. Heat until chips are melted, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Pour evenly over hot crust. Add remaining chips and chopped pecans to reserved crust mixture; sprinkle over the choclate layer. Bake 25-30 minutes or until center is set. Cool in pan on rack. Cut into diamonds
