Combine soda with milk and vinegar until dissolved. Combine with all listed ingredients except butter, 3 T sugar, 2 T flour and cinnamon. Combine those ingredients until crumbly and sprikle evenly over batter in greased loaf pan. Bake one hour at 350 degrees.
