Combine sugar, flour and mustard in saucepan. Add pineapple juice, vinegar & soy sauce. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly- boil 1 minute. Stir in weiner and smokies. Cook slowly 5 minutes or until heated through. Keep warm over low heat . Use picks for serving.
