     Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
1/2 bottle (6 oz) Archie Moore's Buffalo Wing Sauce
1 cup Ranch dressing
1 pkg Philadelphia cream cheese
2 cups Monterrey Jack cheese
2 cups Cheddar cheese
2 chicken breast halves, skinned and de-boned
 

Instructions
Boil chicken breasts, drain and let cool. Dice breasts into very fine pieces, set aside. Cut cream cheese into 8 squares. Place in small glass baking dish. Sprinkle 1/2 of the shredded cheeses on cream cheese to cover entire bottom of dish. Pour 1 c ranch dressing over. Pour 1/2 bottle (6 oz) Archie Moore's Buffalo Wing Sauce into pan. Bake in oven at 350 until cheese is melted.
Remove dish from oven. Mix well until all cheeses are blended with no lumps. Stir in diced chicken, mix well. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Place back into oven and bake at 350 until cheeses are melted.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with Tostito's scoops chips
