     Baked Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients
1 Medium Head Cauliflower (Flowerets)
1 Medium Bunch Broccoli (Flowerets)
1 Large Package Fresh Carrots (Sliced Thick)
4 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
Slightly Salted Potato Chips
 

Instructions
Combine cauliflower and broccoli flowerets and carrot slices in a large pot. Cook until all vegetables are ½ to ¾ done and drain.
Fold in 4 cans of mushroom soup, turning lightly until all vegetables are covered. Place in baking pan and top with crushed potato chips.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
