Combine cake mix, yeast & flour; mix thorougly. Stir in hot water. Let dough rise until doubled. Roll into a rectangle on a floured board. Spread with softened butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar ( nuts &/or raisins)
Roll as for a jelly roll and cut into 1 1/2-2 inch slices. Arrange in a greased 9x13 pan & let rise. Before baking, mix topping ingredients and pour over rolls. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
