     Vegetable Pot Roast

Ingredients
Roast
potatoes, cut
carrots, cut
onions, cut
celery, cut
salt
pepper
 

Instructions
Place roast in baker. Add potatoes, carrots, onions and celery, salt and pepper. Place lid on top. Put in 325 degree oven for 2-3 hours, depending on how large the roast is. Remove roast and vegetables from bowl. Use broth to make gravy.
