1 ½ Pounds Chicken Cutlets

2 Eggs

2 Cups Sifted Flour

2 Cups Oil

¼ Pound Butter

3 Cloves Garlic

3 Lemons Juiced (or Lemon Juice)

1 Cup Chicken Broth

1 Tablespoon Parsley

Instructions |
|
|
Wisk eggs and dip chicken cutlets in eggs then flour. Brown cutlets in large frying pan with oil, remove and set aside.

Drain oil from pan and add butter and chopped garlic, simmer. Add cutlets, juice of lemons, chicken broth and parsley.
|

|
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, turning once.
