     Corn on Cob for Freezer

Ingredients
Corn on the Cob Ears in Shucks
 

Instructions
Shuck,remove silk and wash corn. Prepare large pan with boiling water. Drop corn in and leave for ONLY 2 minutes. (Do not wait for it to boil again – Remove after 2 minutes)
Quickly remove and drop into ice water. Leave only long enough to chill. Dry ears and bag for freezer.
When ready to cook, do not thaw. Drop in boiling water with a little milk and a half-stick of margarine. Boil about 7 minutes – Smother with butter!
Serving Suggestions
pick good filled ears but not hard
