Blend margarine and flour and nuts by fork. Press into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely.

Beat cream cheese and sugar with spoon. Add 1 cup Cool Whip. Blend and spread on cooled crust.

|
Prepare 2 pkgs of pudding with 3 cups of milk, beat 1-2 minutes or according to package. Let set 5 minutes in bowl. Spread over cream cheese filling.

Put rest of Cool Whip on top. Chill.
